- Cupola Conference Room (maximum standing capacity: 45, seated comfortably: 20-25)
- Wine Cellar (maximum standing capacity: 75, seated comfortably: 30-35)
- Grand Dining Room (maximum standing capacity: 95, seated comfortably: 60. This number can increase to an additional 70 guests with Lounge pass*)
If you have less than 25 guests, you may consider reserving semi private space in our dining room with a plated, special menu, and dedicated service staff. Please ask for details on pricing for small parties.
Lounge pass (available as an add-on to events over 30). Access to or private rental of Hotel Diamond’s staffed lounge for hosted or non-hosted bar service. This service is available for larger parties renting any of our event spaces upon request and quoted by the total number of guests.
